The present invention relates to a method of producing grilled king crab with butter using special sauce, and more specifically, to a method of producing grilled king crab with butter using special sauce distinctive from a conventional method of steaming king crab. Conventionally, king crab is cooked in boiling water or steamed. The grilled king crab with butter cooked by using special sauce provides a novel taste of king crab, compared to king crab which is cooked conventionally and is unable to provide various flavors of king crab. |
