The present invention relates to a scaling device using an ultrasonic vibration, which is capable of cleaning or sterilizing a mouth by generating ultrasonic waves in the mouth. A scaling device using an ultrasonic vibration includes a mouth piece unit and a hand piece unit, where the mouth piece unit includes a mouth piece inserted into a mouth and formed on a surface thereof with a tooth receiving groove which receives teeth and has a C-shape; a mouth piece tube formed in the mouth piece and communicating with the tooth receiving groove to supply water to the tooth receiving groove; and a mouth piece tube inlet connected to the mouth piece tube to allow water to flow therethrough, and the hand piece unit includes a mouth piece connecting part coupled to the mouth piece tube inlet of the mouth piece unit to transfer a vibration to the mouth piece while injecting water the mouth piece tube inlet; an ultrasonic vibration generating device for transferring a ultrasonic vibration to the mouth piece connecting part; a water storage part for supplying the stored water to the mouth piece connecting part; a hose connected to the water storage part and the mouth piece connecting part to transfer water; a pump connected to the hose to press the water of the water storage part to generate a water pressure; a battery for supplying power to the ultrasonic vibration generating device and the pump; and a power switch for switching on/off the power supply of the battery.
