The present invention relates to an IT infrastructure quality monitoring system and a method thereof. The present invention is provided to predict future time series data based on current data when a malfunction is predicted and quality is monitored in IT infrastructure, and predict a threshold attainment time according to the predicted future time series data, thereby avoiding the malfunction in the IT infrastructure by determining a malfunction and a malfunction time point of the IT infrastructure in the future, and monitoring the quality of the IT infrastructure, and performing rapid cause diagnosis and accurate recovery in the malfunction.
