A ferritic stainless steel according to the present invention comprises 0.003-0.012 wt% of C, 0.003-0.015 wt% of N, 0.05-0.15 wt% or less of Si, 0.3-0.8 wt% of Mn, 20-24 wt% of Cr, 0.1-0.4 wt% of Mo, 0.1-0.7 wt% of Nb, 0.03-0.1 wt% of Ti, and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, and satisfies the following formula.
