<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain amusement when participants perform a rally. <P>SOLUTION: When the participant performs registration in a receiving device 20, an electronic paper device 10 stores participant information for identifying the participant, the stamp identifier of the favorite stamp of the participant, and information of a map indicating the positions of check points in a stamp rally, and displays the map where the positions of the check points are indicated. The participant carries the electronic paper device 10 and goes round to the check points where checkers 40A-40E are arranged. When the participant puts the electronic paper device 10 over the checker 40A, the stamp identifier is transmitted to the checker 40A. The checker 40A transmits the image of the stamp specified by the stamp identifier to the electronic paper device 10.
