摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict over-discharge of an electric double-layer capacitor during power run of an elevator. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first voltage detection part 9 to generate a first voltage detection value by detecting the voltage on a capacitor 7, a second voltage detection part 80 to generate a second voltage detection value by detecting the voltage on the electric double-layer capacitor 70, a setting part 95 to set a charge starting voltage for charging power on the electric double-layer capacitor 70, a discharge starting voltage for discharging the electric double-layer capacitor 70 to the capacitor 7, and a discharge finishing voltage value for finishing discharge of the electric double-layer capacitor 70 to the capacitor 7, a charge/discharge control part 90 to charge the electric double-layer capacitor 70 when the first voltage detection value is higher than the charge starting voltage, discharge power of the electric double-layer capacitor 70 when the first voltage detection value is lower than the discharge starting voltage value, and stop discharge when the second voltage detection value is lower than the discharge finishing voltage value, and a charge/discharge part 60 to charge/discharge the electric double-layer capacitor 70 by means of the charge-discharge control part 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
