PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire the whole general situation in a command control system.

SOLUTION: This situation management device has: an input part 11 inputting external data including information related to an aircraft; a condition decision part 14 deciding whether the external data satisfy a previously designated condition or not; a situation screen generation part 12 generating image data drawn with the information on a peripheral map wherein the aircraft is present based on the external data; and a situation diagram management part 16 making a situation diagram database store the image data generated based on the external data satisfying the condition together with the condition.
