PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor which can be rotated at a high speed by improving a straightening method of the rotor. SOLUTION: In a straightening rotor, there are at least two balancing means enabling free positioning, and in the axial direction of the rotary shaft of the straightening rotor, the balancing means are installed which are provided substantially symmetric with respect to the center plane.
