PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure in which heat dissipation plates are provided near each of ends of a stator coil so that the heat of the stator coil is transmitted to an external cylinder via a resin mold material and the heat dissipation plates and dissipated. SOLUTION: This stator structure has a structure in which a pair of heat-dissipating plates (25, 26) bonded to an external cylinder (20) are provided near each of ends (2a, 2b) of a stator coil (2) of a circular iron core (1), resin mold materials (3, 3a) are filled on each of external end sides (1a, 1b) of the circular iron core (1) so that the heat of the stator coil (2) can be transmitted to the external cylinder through the resin mold materials (3, 3a) and each of the heat-dissipating plates (25, 26) and dissipated, and the resin mold material (3a) is filled in a tapered hole (30) of the heat dissipation plate (26) on one side to fix the heat-dissipating plate (26).
