PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method which is used for providing communication data for a communication terminal in a communication system and for providing rich outgoing/incoming image data for a user of the communication terminal. SOLUTION: A kind of communication method is disclosed, which is used for providing communication data for a first communication terminal in one communication system. The communication data are outgoing/incoming image data, which express the individuated information of the user of a second communication terminal of the communication system. The outgoing/incoming image data are stored in an outgoing/incoming image data supply platform in advance. The method includes the following steps: the first communication terminal transmits a request for obtaining the outgoing/incoming image data to the outgoing/incoming image data supply platform; the first communication terminal receives the outgoing/incoming image data regarded as a response to the request from the outgoing/incoming image data supply platform.
