PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning remote control system which can make a learning remote controller learn or save the stored remote controller data, or can copy the data easily to another learning remote controller of the same type. SOLUTION: One learning remote controller 10 is made to learn and the remote controller data stored in its flash memory 14 are stored in the flash memory 22 of a remote controller data storage unit 20 through a connector 23' and then the stored data are copied to the flash memory 14 of other learning remote controller 10 through a connector 23'. The remote controller data storage unit 20 includes a data input button 24, a data output button 25, and a section 21 for controlling transfer of the remote controller data. The learning remote controller for copying the remote controller data stored in the remote controller data storage unit 20 is a remote controller used exclusively for reproduction not having a registration function but having a reproduction function.
