<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an imaging apparatus capable of providing a plurality of moving pictures different in photographic conditions, which are not dependent upon image processing, and a program thereof. <P>SOLUTION: When a user selects a plurality of EV shift values and operates a set key, shutter speeds corresponding to the selected EV shift values respectively are calculated (S6). Imaging is repeated at the calculated shutter speeds in order, and imaged frame image data is distributed by shutter speeds to generate moving picture data per shutter speed.
