<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential device cooling structure wherein a member to be rotated to blow air which cools a differential device has other functions effectively utilizing the rotation to serve multiple functions. <P>SOLUTION: A companion flange 4 connected to an input shaft 5 of a differential 1 has fins 45, 45, and the fins 45, 45 are rotated to blow air which cools the differential 1.
