<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for performing various air conditioning controls with a simple structure with respect to an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of thermoelectric module groups 1 is composed of at least one thermoelectric module 1a, and heats or cools the air taken into a housing 10 from a suction opening formed on the housing 10. The housing 10 is provided with an air discharge opening for discharging the air heated or cooled by the plurality of thermoelectric module groups 1 to the outside of the housing 10.
