<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying air-conditioning system, saving energy while favorably humidifying treated air to be supplied to a target room when performing heating operation. <P>SOLUTION: This dehumidifying air-conditioning system 10 is provided with: a dehumidifying rotor 20; an air supply unit 30; an air discharging unit 40; and heat pump units 50a, 50b which cool the treated air passing through toward a first area 31 through first heat exchangers 52a, 52b and which heat regeneration air passing through toward a second area 41 through second heat exchangers 53a, 53b, when an instruction for dehumidifying operation is given. When an instruction for heating operation is given, the heat pump units 50a, 50b heat the treated air passing through toward the first area 31 through the first heat exchangers 52a, 52b and cool the regeneration air passing through toward the second area 41 through the second heat exchangers 53a, 53b.
