PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloyed plated steel sheet which can be produced from a steel sheet containing a high proportion of easily-oxidized elements like Si and Cr, as a base metal, and also can make the steel contain much P or Mo, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The alloyed plated steel sheet employs the steel sheet made from carbon steel or low alloy steel which contains one or two elements of 0.2 to 1.5% Si and 0.5 to 1.0% Cr by mass% 0.10% or less P, and 0.5% or less Mo, and ferrite as a main phase, as a base metal. The base metal has the ferrite with an average crystal grain size of 4μm or smaller in its surface layer, and contains Si, Cr, P and Mo so that the maximum intensity in EPMA line analysis for Si, Cr, P and Mo within 1μm from the surface of the base metal is 8 times or less than average intensity in EPMA line analysis for those of the base metal.
