PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable mixture and its production method. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable mixture comprises (a) at least one kind of polysiloxane having at least two olefinic or acetylenic unsaturated multiple bonds, (b) at least one kind of polyhydrogensiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms directly bonded to a silicon atom, (c) at least one kind of substance catalyzing hydrosilylation, (d) at least one kind of phosphorus compound represented by general formula (I): P(OR)<SB>3</SB>(wherein R is a 7-31C alkylaryl group and may be differently defined in one molecule), and (e) further auxiliary substances as needed.
