PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer which reduces the operator's load in calibration processing and enables maintaining the precision of analysis. SOLUTION: The analyzer 1 for performing calibration processing which sets a calibration curve in actuality, by using a reagent that corresponds to an analysis item, is equipped with a memory part 35 for storing the calibration result of already performed calibration treatment at each analyzing item corresponding to the elapse time after the reagent is opened and a setting part 32 for searching the analysis item of the reagent that is a calibration treatment target and the calibration result that coincides with the elapse time, after the reagent is opened and a setting part 32 for setting a calibration curve that uses the calibration result searched.
