PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a pulsar plate which can simply restrict a vibration of the pulsar plate without increasing a thickness of the pulsar plate and sticking locations especially. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the pulsar plate formed by sticking a pulsar plate P in an edge surface 10 of a rotary wall portion 9 consisting of a crank arm 3 of a crankshaft C for an internal combustion engine and counter weight 4 with a plurality of sticking members 18 arranged in its circumferential direction is characterized in that an annular rib 25 which is projected into its one edge side and covered in its whole circumference is formed in the pulsar plate P.
