PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive reservoir tank capable of preventing the mixing of air in a coolant to an engine side in a traveling state that large acceleration acts, even if a tank height is limited. SOLUTION: This sealed reservoir tank has a tank 21 storing the coolant L together with an upper air reservoir by forming a filler hole 21a at an upper part S1 by connecting a pipe by one end side lower part S2 in the horizontal direction to a radiator 12 side for cooling the coolant L circulating in an engine 11, and a tank cap 22 sealing the filler hole 21a. The tank has a swelling part 25 swelling in the direction separating from one end side lower part S2 in the horizontal direction in its lower part, and a partition wall 26 projecting upward from the inner bottom surface 21b of the tank and partitioning the inside of the tank into a one-side storage chamber 27 positioned on one side in the horizontal direction and the other side storage chamber 28 positioned on the other side in the horizontal direction. The partition wall 26 forms a lower communicating hole 26a for making the one-side storage chamber 27 communicate with the other side storage chamber 28 on the lower part S2 side in the tank.
