PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to feed oil to a stem end of an engine valve by using a simple structure while preventing shapes of a cylinder head and cam holder from getting complex and large-sized in an oil feeding structure of an OHC-type internal combustion engine, which can feed oil to the stem end of the engine valve arranged in the cylinder head in an openable and closabale manner. SOLUTION: Between a bolt 125 and an inner surface of a bolt hole 127 provided in the cylinder head 37 in order to insert a bolt 125 thereinto for coupling at least the cylinder head 37 to a cylinder block, an annular oil path 128 is formed. Then, an oil injection opening 129, which is formed with an annular oil path 128 to perform oil injection to the stem end of the engine valve, communicates with the oil path 128 and is provided in the cylinder head 37.
