PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine provided with an engine oil refilling port of which arrangement can be freely changed and which can be easily detached and attached by providing the engine oil refilling port on a fuel injection pump cover. SOLUTION: The engine 1 provided with a fuel injection pump 22 is provided with an engine oil refilling pipe 50 on a cover 40 for maintenance covering a side of a camshaft driving the fuel injection pump 22 and provided detachably and attachably on a gear case cover 6. The cover 40 for maintenance is formed in an equilateral polygon shape, and screw holes or bolt holes 40d, 40d, ... are bored on each vertex of the cover 40 for maintenance.
