PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure an opening area of an inflow end of a bypass passage without interference of the inflow end of the bypass passage with an eccentric shaft part. SOLUTION: A bypass hole (62) of the bypass passage (66) is formed in a rear head (45) closing a low stage side cylinder chamber (42a). An outer peripheral surface of a low stage side piston (47a) is formed in an elliptic shape extending to a bypass hole (62) side. An inner peripheral surface of a low stage side cylinder (41a) is formed based on an envelope curve of the outer peripheral surface of the low stage side piston (47a) and the low stage side cylinder chamber (42a) has a shape expanding to a bypass hole (62) side.
