PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier apparatus capable of preventing the malfunction thereof by easily removing a small foreign substance entering the barrier apparatus without the installation of dedicated components to remove the small foreign substance, and also, capable of preventing the foreign substance from entering a lens barrel. SOLUTION: Through holes (4g) are partly formed in the side located on an object side of a support barrel (4), a tacky adhesive tape (12) includes second fixing parts (12b) for covering the through holes (4g) formed in the support barrel (4), and the small foreign substance entering the barrier apparatus (5) is removed by the second fixing parts (12b) of the tacky adhesive tape (12), consequently, poor opening/closing of the barrier, and the malfunction of a driving part arranged in the lens barrel unit are prevented.
