PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the chip area of a display driver IC on which a memory for display data storage is mixedly mounted. SOLUTION: The display driver IC regarding the present invention has a mixedly mounted DRAM 10, in place of a mixedly mounted SRAM. The mixedly mounted DRAM 10 is stored with digital data DL corresponding to a display image. The display driver IC is further mounted with a power circuit 20 which generates a high voltage and a driver circuit 30. The driver circuit 30 converts the digital data DL into a gradation voltage by using the high voltage and outputs the gradation voltage VG to a display panel 100. The mixedly mounted DRAM 10 is supplied with electric power from the power circuit 20 for the driver circuit 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
