PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetic in which: when hair-bleaching or hair-dyeing is carried out, first agent and second agent are easily mixed; a lot of the mixed and adjusted hair-bleaching agent or hair-dyeing agent may be taken up with a brush; simple induction into hair may be realized; and total operation time, such as hair-dyeing, may be shortened.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetics for hair-bleaching or hair-dyeing, in which viscosity of the hair-bleaching agent or hair-dyeing agent prepared by mixing first agent and second agent is 15000 mPa*s or more and 60000 mPa*s or less at 30°C. In a hair-dyeing tool 100, a plate main body part 10 consists of a first side 11, a second side 12 extending in a direction crossing with the first side 11, and a part surrounded by the first side 11 and the second side 12, a brush 20 is arranged along the first side 11, a comb 30 or a second brush is arranged along the second side 12, angle between the first side 11 and second side 12 is 30 degrees or more and 120 degrees or less, and a holding part consists of a part interposed between the first side 11 and the second side 12 on the main body part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
