Disclosed is a fuel cell system comprising a fuel cell, a fuel supply channel for flowing a fuel gas supplied from a fuel supply source to the fuel cell, a switching valve for supplying the fuel gas to the downstream side of the fuel supply channel by adjusting the gas state in the upstream side, a sensor for sensing the gas state in the fuel supply channel, and a control means for controlling the switching valve based on the value sensed by the sensor. The control means stops the switching operation of the switching valve when the sensor falls into an abnormal state. |
