<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that a gas flows in a gap formed at the surrounding of a porous body at the time of forming a gas passage using the porous body. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 100 has a seal member integrated MEA 200 and a separator 400 laminated alternately. The separator 400 has an air passage formation portion 430 and a second seal member 440 is formed at its surroundings. The second seal member 440 is in contact with the air passage formation portion, the MEA 210, and a first seal member 220, and out of the portion in contact with the first seal member 220, the range in contact with an opposed face 226 is about 10% of a distance L1 starting from the inner frame of the first seal member 220 to the contact line with a flat plate part 300 of a protruded part 222. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
