PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom-watering raising seedling method comprising combining a bottom-watering pot with a small bottom-watering tray to prevent infection with anthracnose so as to accelerate flower bud differentiation. SOLUTION: The bottom-watering raising seedling method comprises combining a bottom-watering pot 1 obtained by wrapping the periphery of a culture medium composed of peat moss, chaff charcoal and pearlite as main materials with nonwoven cloth while making its top and bottom open to let the culture soil exposed, with a raising seedling mat 3 on a small bottom-watering tray 2 to supply water via the bottom, so as to prevent anthracnose and thereby accelerate floral differentiation as a most major characteristic.
