<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive composition for forming colored layer, which is excellent in adhesion to a substrate, and cleaning property with an organic solvent, and from which pixels having a high-definition excellent pattern profile can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive composition for forming colored layer contains (A) a colorant, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the alkali-soluble resin (B) contains a copolymer comprising a polymerizable unsaturated compound having a skeleton represented by formula (I) and a substituted maleimide as constituents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
