<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary apparatus in which contact between an impeller and a casing is prevented while suppressing elongation of the length of a rotary shaft due to thermal expansion. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary apparatus has a structure in which the impeller 11 fixed on an end of the rotary shaft 21 is rotated and driven with a motor 20 having a rotor 23 integrally provided on the rotary shaft 21 and a stator 22 fixed on the casing 10, and bearing for pivotally supporting the rotary shaft 21 in an axial direction are magnetic bearings 50, 60. In the rotary apparatus, a cooling portion 70 for cooling the stator 22 is provided in the vicinity of the stator 22 of the casing 10 and a heat insulating member 80 is provided in order to partition the cooling portion 70 from the casing 10 so that the cooling portion 70 may not cool the casing 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
