<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asset confirmation system and method capable of suppressing the decrease of the reliability of an actual article confirming operation to be occurred when the deputy of a person who should perform the actual article confirmation of an asset performs the actual article confirmation of the asset. <P>SOLUTION: A user storage part 1 stores the user ID of a user, the asset ID of an asset whose actual article confirmation should be performed by the user and the contact destination of the user by associating them with each other for every user. A stocktaking object asset storage part 5 stores the asset ID and the user ID of the user who has performed actual article confirmation about an asset corresponding to the asset ID by associating them with each other. When the user ID associated with the asset ID in the stocktaking object asset storage part 5 is not associated with the asset ID in the user storage part 1, a management part 18 reads the contact destination associated with the asset ID from the user storage part 1, and transmits a message indicating a request for the approval of actual article confirmation performed by proxy to the contact destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
