<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a part where the intensity of electric field of radio waves drops occurs spatially due to the influence of ambient environment when determining whether a person is near or apart to/from a vehicle door based on changes of the intensity of electric field of radio waves, when the person communicates between a vehicle key and a communication means inside a door mirror in a wireless manner to lock or unlock the vehicle door, thereby causing unstable operation. <P>SOLUTION: In this communication system, the detection by a distance detection means 211 is ignored for a predetermined period of time after determining that the person is near to the vehicle by a determining means 212 so that the unstable operation caused when approaching a vehicle is eliminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
