PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink producing apparatus properly offering drink with homogeneous quality without depending on the supply of a drink raw material on an operator. SOLUTION: This drink producing apparatus 1 has a box part 2 which arranges a sale container 9 in a drawable manner, a drink raw material supply part 3 which supplies a drink raw material to the sale container, a shaved ice supply part 4 which supplies shaved ice formed by shaving ice with prescribed coarseness, to the sale container, a stirring part 5 which mixes a received material received inside the sale container, a container moving part 6 which moves the sale container with a tray part 55 and elevates at a position of the stirring part, and a control part 8 which controls each of the parts. The drink producing apparatus comprises setting up on a straight flow line in the tray part 55, a drink raw material supply position S for supplying the drink raw material by the drink raw material supply part, a stirring position T for stirring a received material by the stirring part, and a shaved ice supply position U for supplying shaved ice by the shaved ice supply part.
