PROBE FOR DETECTING WT1 mRNA AND REAGENT FOR DETECTING LEUKEMIC GEMMULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for specifically detecting leukemic gemmules applicable to concentration or separation of the leukemic gemmules. SOLUTION: A probe for detecting WT1 mRNA having 2-20 bases distance between two fluorescent dyes in a hybrid of an oligonucleotide pair with the WT1 mRNA comprising an energy donor fluorescent dye introduced into one oligonucleotide and an energy acceptor fluorescent dye introduced into the other oligonucleotide is provided. The WT1 mRNA is detected by an FRET (fluorescence resonance energy transfer) method to detect the leukemic gemmules. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
