PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition machine having a simple and inexpensive structure and capable of gripping an object to be demolished stably. SOLUTION: This demolition machine constituted to dismantle the object to be demolished by demolition arms while fixing the object by a clamp device 24 is provided with first gripping faces 33a being parallel to each other in a small opening condition among two large and small opening conditions set in advance as gripping faces for nipping and gripping the object to be demolished and second gripping faces 33b being parallel to each other in the large opening condition continuously in a doglegged shape in which the first gripping faces 33a are positioned on tip sides, respectively, in tip parts of both clamp arms 28, 29 constituting the clamp device 24.
