PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail filler block reducing a total cost by extending a product service life, and improving economy. SOLUTION: The filler block 4 for a guide rail 3 maintains a certain interval between a main rail 2 and the guide rail 3. It is characterized by that it is provided with a steel substrate 7, and a cushioning material 8 adhered closely to an outer face of the substrate 7 with respect to an axial direction. The substrate 7 has a bolt insertion hole 11 in parallel with an axis and piercing both faces, and the cushioning material 8 has a bolt hole 12 formed piercing in an axial direction of the bolt insertion hole 11 when adhering closely to the substrate 7.
