PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel to which cloth formed with patterns and figures by transfer is stuck in such a way as not to allow an adhesive to ooze at a surface. SOLUTION: The patterns, the figures or the like are formed at the surface of the cloth 3 by the transfer. The adhesive does not ooze from gaps 12, 12 etc. between threads 11, 11 etc. by flattening the cross section of each thread 11, 11 etc. constituting the cloth 3 into an almost oval shape.
