PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bar device, having good appearance and good cleaning efficiency. SOLUTION: In this slide bar device 10 holding a shower hook 18 to vertically slide along a slide bar 12, either a hinge one side member 42 of the male side or a hinge one side member 44 of the female side is fastened and fixed to a wall by a fastener 66, and the other is fitted to the back of the slide bar 12. The slide bar 12 is fitted and fixed to the wall by hinges 14, 16, and the slide bar 12 is rotated and brought to the front sides of the hinges 14, 16 so that the fastening portions of the fastener 66 is hidden on the back side by the slide bar 12.
