PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear reinforcing structure of a flat plate attaining improvement of work efficiency in reinforcement arrangement work to attain cost reduction while ensuring rational shear reinforcement around a core wall and columns and between the core wall and the columns against punching breakage around the core wall and around the columns. SOLUTION: The shear reinforcing structure of the flat plate 4 with slab reinforcements 1 embedded therein, supported by the columns 2 and the core wall 3 has a first shear reinforcing region A formed at the flat plate 4 in a shortest distance direction of the core wall 3 and column 2 from the core wall 3 toward the facing column 2, arranges slab reinforcements 5 of higher rigidity than the surrounding slab reinforcements 1, between the core wall 3 and the column 2 along the shortest distance direction, and has a second shear reinforcing region B formed from a boundary Ab of the first shear reinforcing region A toward the column 2.
