MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF POLYIMIDE SOLUTION AND SOLUBLE POLYIMIDE RESIN AND OPTICAL MEMBER USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a polyimide containing an aliphatic moiety which inhibits the viscosity increase during chemical imidization and is suitable for mass production. SOLUTION: The rate of addition of a dehydrating agent is not higher than 5.0×10-2mol/min to 1 mole of the amic acid structural unit in chemically imidizing an aliphatic-containing polyamic acid solution. The manufacturing process is capable of mass-manufacturing an aliphatic-containing polyimide solution and a polyimide resin having uniform optical properties without using a special manufacturing apparatus and causing gelation or solidification.
