A graft material (200) for an endoluminal prosthesis comprises a porous polymeric sheet (210), extracellular matrix material (ECM) such as small intestine submucosa (211) disposed on at least a portion of the porous polymeric sheet and at least one polymer layer (212) disposed on at least a portion of the ECM. The ECM (211) may be in gel form. The polymer stent (210) and the polymer layer (212) may be of foam material and may comprise a polyurethane urea and a surface modifying agent such as a siloxane.
