A profiled strip (3) is positioned between a door/window frame (1) and a door leaf/window casement. On the side of a room there is a ventilator unit (4), a heat-exchanger unit (5) or an air-blocking device (16). A mounting (6) is molded on the profiled strip, which has air passageways (13) and openings (14) for mounting, maintenance and cleaning. An independent claim is also included for a ventilating device for building into windows and doors.
