The device has a sensor plate (30) with a bearing surface for contact with fingers and feet of a patient and an electrically conductive high voltage unit is connected at the sensor plate. The high voltage generator has a thyristor which connect an oscillating circuit with tesla transformer and the excitation of the oscillating circuit produces oscillating output voltage which has same frequency. An independent claim is also included for a sensor plate to receive corona discharge.
