The rotary electrical heater presents the combination of the electric motor (5) and well defined a rod shaped electric heater (3), positioned with the firmly independent connection, coupling (6), on the joint longitudinal axial axis. The electric power simultaneously supplies the electric motor (5) and electric heater (3). The electric switch (1) turns on and off the electric heating heater (3), and the thermostat (8) regulates turning on and off of the electric heater (3). If required, the number of rotation of the electric heater could be regulated by potentiometer installation in order to control fluid heating speed. If required, the upper and lower housing parts could be separated, therefore the flow of the electric current goes through separable electric switch.
