<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell for improving drainage performance of formed water by a reaction in a fuel cell having a porous body in a reaction gas flow passage part. <P>SOLUTION: When a separator 10 and a power generating body 20 are laminated, they are separated from each other by a sealing member 25, and a reaction gas flow passage is formed between the separator 10 and the power generating body 20. In an anode-side reaction gas flow passage, an anode-side porous body 24a is disposed, and in a cathode-side reaction gas flow passage through which an oxidizing gas flows, a cathode-side porous body 24c is disposed.
