PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an acoustic matching layer with stable characteristics, which is used for an ultrasonic oscillator. SOLUTION: A predetermined amount of ceramic slurry 4 is fed into a mixing container 3 having constant capacity, and a U-shaped rotary blade 6 is used to make the slurry contain all the air in the constant-capacity mixing container, thereby manufacturing the acoustic matching layer with stable density.
