PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting method capable of adjusting the tracking error of a tuning circuit with a small amount of control data in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The tuning circuit is composed of a serial circuit Ai (i=1 to n, n is an integer of≥2) including a capacitor Ci and a switch element Qi and a coil. The switch element Qi is on/off-controlled based on control data bi, thereby changing a tuning frequency. The control data bi corresponding to the target tuning frequency is obtained based on a value indicated by the control data bi when the tuning frequency is the first frequency and a value indicated by the control data bi when the tuning frequency is the second frequency.
