PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branching connection connector used at the branching connection of a plurality of crimp terminals in which electrical connection of the crimp terminals is stabilized and the number of kinds of the crimp terminals is reduced. SOLUTION: The branching connection connector 1 is constructed of a housing 2 and a cover 3. A housing chamber 6 to house eight pieces of crimp terminals 5 is formed in the housing 2. Two pieces of spiral shape springs 12 are fitted to the inner bottom face of the cover 3 through a spring locking projection 10. When the eight crimp terminals 5 are branching connected, the cover 3 is fitted to the housing 2 after the eight crimp terminals 5 are housed in the housing chamber 6. At that time, the eight crimp terminals 5 in the housing chamber 6 are energized elastically to the housing 2 side by the springs 12, and contact load is generated between each crimp terminals 5. Thereby, electrical connection of the crimp terminals 5 is stabilized, and since the general use crimp terminals 5 can be used as they are, the number of kinds of the crimp terminal is reduced.
