PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a vehicle occupant to the most quickly and surely recognize the presence of other vehicle around its own vehicle and its behavior. SOLUTION: The sounds of other vehicle 1 around a vehicle collected by a plurality of microphones installed in the outer periphery of a body are corrected so as to be same as the sound of an object around the vehicle heard by a vehicle occupant with his or her both ears, and a warning sound 1 is generated. The position of the other vehicle 1 around the vehicle is detected, and a virtual sound source is arranged there, and a warning sound 2 to remind the vehicle occupant of the sound of the other vehicle 1 around the vehicle is output from the virtual sound source. Then, the warning sound 1 is synthesized with the warning sound 2 so that a synthetic sound can be output, and the synthetic sound is corrected to remove the influence of a space acoustic transmission system from a plurality of speakers arranged in a cabin to the vehicle occupant, and the corrected sound is amplified, and output from a plurality of speakers.
